Rape Escape: Level 2

In the Level 2 class, we address some of the date rape or acquaintance rape scenario solutions that don't necessarily require the full blown responses we learned in Level 1.  Nevertheless, you'll learn some easy, yet incredibly effective techniques that can give you back the control you need against your over amorous date, plus you are always in position to use the Rape Escape techniques we learned in Level 1 if the situation deteriorates!.

In addition, we cover some of the solutions to the very common responses the bad guy has when you use the techniques in Level 1.  As I mentioned, over a period of seven years, we have seen the same responses over and over.  For example, many times the attacker will feel you escaping and will simply lie flat on top of you, crushing you with his weight and making it nearly impossible to escape.   Level 2 has the solution.  

We also start to add a limited number of strikes using hammerfists and elbows, however, we never lose sight of our motto, Fight Like a Girl!  We still want to use our base strategy of avoiding a man's fight.

You'll learn solutions to:

1.  He's trapped you up against a wall at a party and is not taking no for an answer or allowing you to leave;
2.  He's grabbed your wrist with both hands and is dragging you into a private office or bedroom;
3.  He's embraced you from the front, hugging you with his arms under yours;
4.  He's hugging you from the front, but this time with your arms trapped under his;
5.  He's not letting you leave and has grabbed you in a bear hug from behind with his arms around you, under your arms.  Or he's grabbed you in a similar fashion, this time with his arms over your arms;
6.  We add some more to the technique to keep him from beating you in the face while he is raping you, making it more effective (and preparing you for a knife defense in Level 3);
7.  He's choking you from the front (he might even be smothering you with a pillow) while raping you, but now he is driving forward and his arms are so strong you can't pull or push them off your throat.  (You need to know this, because you only have about 15 seconds before you are choked unconscious!);
8.  He's straddling your chest, pinning your arms to the floor with his knees while he attempts to rape you orally (surprisingly, this is not uncommon and is usually not found in most self-defense courses);
9.  He's raping you from behind but is holding you too tight to escape;
10.  He's choking you from behind with the dreaded naked neck choke, but his hips are blocking your movement;
11.  He's crushing you with his weight as he lies on top of you, making your first solution impossible;
12.  He's undressing you or he's undressing himself in preparation to rape you.  Now is your chance to end the attack before it goes any further.  Find out how you can become the hunter instead of the hunted!
