Brad Parker is the director of Defend University, a research and development group dedicated to the exploration of leading edge techniques and strategies for self-defense, security and defensive tactics.  Defend U. is also the home of the Women's Self-Defense Institute, a community service group dedicated to the education and training of girls and women utilizing the Women's Empowerment Series (formerly known as Rape Escape) rape prevention program.

Parker provides executive security as a Protection Agent for PFC Safeguards and is a Lead Instructor -- Protective Services for Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts.  He has provided executive protection for major corporations both domestically and internationally and as a government contractor for a major sports and entertainment venue.   He is a Certified Tactical Firearms Instructor and has operational law enforcement experience as well an extensive background in defensive tactics training and martial arts.
